The kinematic viscosity tester is a laboratory instrument used for oil analysis, primarily designed to measure the kinematic viscosity of oils. By determining the kinematic viscosity of a liquid under various temperature conditions, this instrument can evaluate the fluid's performance and service life in extreme cold or hot environments, thereby ensuring the reliability and safety of the product. According to the set parameters, the instrument heats the sample to the specified temperature and maintains it at a constant level. Once the temperature reaches equilibrium, the sample is placed into the viscosity tube. The instrument then automatically measures the time it takes for the sample to flow through the tube, calculates the experimental results automatically, and finally cleans the viscosity tube to complete the test.
